flowerovlove will be opening for Niall Horan on the U.K., Ireland, and European legs of his tour, commencing September 22. The British-Ivorian singer-songwriter, whose real name is Joyce Cissé, transitioned from modeling to music after being inspired by Justin Bieber. She gained traction on TikTok with her song 'Breaking News' before signing with Capitol Records.

Her debut album, 'Mini Skirt Warrior,' released August 28, features danceable and vulnerable pop songs. The album title was inspired by an alter ego that emerged from a fan comment on Instagram. Cissé describes the record as being about navigating life's first experiences, including heartbreak and self-discovery.

The artist also collaborated with WILLOW on the track 'Girls Will Be Girls,' a process initiated by WILLOW reaching out after Cissé had been thinking of her. Cissé previously opened for Halsey, who offered encouragement rather than direct advice. She attributes landing the Niall Horan tour slot partly to manifestation, having planned it with her manager.
