On November 21, 2025, Femme It Forward will host its fourth annual Give Her FlowHERS Gala, celebrating trailblazing women in the music industry. Several notable figures will be honored at the event.
Ciara will receive the Muse Award, which pays tribute to a living legend whose legacy, impact, and timeless music have inspired past, current, and future generations. Kehlani will be recognized with the Alchemist Award, honoring a woman who has transformed her struggles into strength and her truth into timeless art. Gail Mitchell, Billboard's executive director of R&B and hip-hop, will be awarded the Mentor Excellence Award for her work in opening doors and pouring into the next generation of leaders.
Other honorees include Jhené Aiko, who will receive the Glow Getter Award for her embodiment of wellness, self-care, and purpose, and Mariah the Scientist, who will be celebrated with the Bloom Award for her breakthrough artistry. Normani will be presented with the Femme It Forward Award for her impactful service and leadership, while Nikki Taylor, Teyana Taylor's mother, will be honored with the Queens Raising Queens Award.
