5 Feb
Summary
- Fave TV ceased broadcasting without any official announcement from Paramount.
- Versant's Free TV now operates Fave TV's former channel space.
- The network was distributed by local CBS TV stations in major markets.

Fave TV, a digital network under Paramount Skydance's CBS Entertainment Group, has ceased broadcasting without an official announcement. The network quietly launched in December 2020 and was primarily available on local CBS TV stations across major US markets. Its programming consisted of archived content from Paramount's adult networks and reruns of syndicated sitcoms.
Following Fave TV's sudden departure from the airwaves early Sunday morning, its former channel space has been reassigned. Four multicast networks – 365BLK, Outlaw, Defy, and Busted – are now operating in this space. These networks are part of Free TV, a company recently acquired by Versant Media Group, which itself was recently separated from Comcast's cable networks.
Paramount has not provided any reason for Fave TV's closure. The network's previous website now redirects to Paramount Plus. This development is part of recent significant shifts in the media landscape, altering how viewers access television programming.
