These claims suggested that an incident on set at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City led to Sharma's recent hospitalization.
According to a spokesperson for the film, there is no record or knowledge of any medical emergency involving Rajesh Sharma during his time on the 'Fauzi' set. They noted that the actor had already finished his scheduled shooting and returned home nearly a week before these reports emerged.
Clarifying the situation, Rajesh Sharma's personal assistant, Subhashish Panda, stated that the actor's hospitalization was due to swelling in his leg caused by diabetes. Panda emphasized that the admission was purely precautionary and that Sharma is recovering well and expected to be discharged soon.
Panda further dismissed the rumors linking his illness to the 'Fauzi' shoot, calling such claims baseless and untrue. The 'Fauzi' team also attempted to contact Sharma's family for an update but received no response.
