On October 26, 2025, the makers of the highly anticipated war film 120 Bahadur are gearing up to launch the movie's first song, a patriotic anthem titled 'Dada Kishan Ki Jai'. The grand event will take place in Lucknow, marking the beginning of the film's musical promotions.
The anthem, composed and produced by the acclaimed duo Salim-Sulaiman and written by veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar, is described as the "spirit and war cry" of 120 Bahadur. Sung by Sukhwinder Singh, the track is expected to evoke deep pride and patriotism, capturing the courage and sacrifice of the Indian soldiers at the center of the film's inspiring true story.
Adding to the emotional resonance of the anthem's launch is the reunion of Farhan Akhtar and Sukhwinder Singh. Farhan, who essays the role of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, in 120 Bahadur, has previously collaborated with Sukhwinder on the hit film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Their creative partnership once again promises to deliver a powerful and stirring musical experience.
Directed by Razneesh 'Razy' Ghai, 120 Bahadur brings to the screen the remarkable tale of 120 Indian soldiers from the 13 Kumaon Regiment, who displayed unmatched courage during the legendary Battle of Rezang La in 1962. The film, produced by Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios, is slated for a theatrical release on November 21, 2025.
