The film features a talented cast, including Mickey Rourke, Dessy Tenekedjieva, Gary Stretch, and Geoff Bell, as well as rising Bulgarian actors Eleonora Ivanova and Dimitar Nikolov in lead roles. "Devil's Play" was produced by Dessy Tenekedjieva of Black Sea Films and Nova Film, with Goldfinch UK as a co-producer.
