Fahadh Faasil's New Film Tanks at Box Office
5 Oct
Summary
- Fahadh Faasil's Telugu debut as a hero disappointed at the box office.
- The film garnered less than ₹2 crore on its opening day.
- Opening weekend collection of ₹3.04 crore is higher than his last solo film.
Fahadh Faasil's latest Telugu film, 'Don't Trouble The Trouble', has failed to impress audiences, resulting in a poor box office performance during its opening weekend. Released on the Gandhi Jayanti holiday, the fantasy drama, which features Fahadh as a lead for the first time in Telugu cinema, garnered less than ₹2 crore on its opening day.
The film's collections saw a decline on its second and third days, dropping below ₹1 crore daily. By Sunday, the movie had lost over 400 shows nationwide. The total net collection after three days stood at a disappointing ₹3.04 crore.
Despite the low earnings, 'Don't Trouble The Trouble' has earned 108% more than Fahadh Faasil's previous Malayalam solo release, 'Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira', which earned ₹1.46 crore in its opening weekend in Onam 2025. However, the current film's performance suggests a potential second consecutive flop for the actor in a solo lead role.
