Swedish rock band Europe has unveiled their second single from their forthcoming album, 'Come This Madness.' This release is significant as it's their first new album in nine years, following 'Walk the Earth' in 2017. The new track, titled 'The Cult of Ignorance,' comes with a star-studded music video.
The video for 'The Cult of Ignorance' features notable personalities, including members of The Hives and Opeth, actress Malin Akerman, and tennis champion Stefan Edberg. Founding member and frontman Joey Tempest expressed enthusiasm for the track, describing it as a straightforward rock anthem with lyrics that offer a tongue-in-cheek reflection of contemporary issues, inspired by Isaac Asimov's phrase.
'Come This Madness' is scheduled for release on September 25. The album represents a major milestone for the band, celebrating their return to the music scene after an extended hiatus. Fans can anticipate a collection of songs that capture the band's evolved sound and thematic depth.
