Georgia Dane's Acting Debut Alongside Mom Rebecca Gayheart

Georgia Dane, daughter of the late Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, is set to make her acting debut in the Lifetime film 'The Ocean Between Them.' The movie is part of Lifetime's 'Strength of a Lifetime' slate of thrillers premiering in September.

In 'The Ocean Between Them,' Georgia Dane, who is 14 years old, will portray Ashley, the younger daughter who assists her mother, Joan (Rebecca Gayheart), in searching for her sister, Miranda, lost at sea during a Belize vacation. The film is inspired by true events and focuses on Joan's relentless pursuit to find her daughter.

The Lifetime "Strength of a Lifetime" lineup includes three films, with 'The Ocean Between Them' scheduled to premiere on September 26. It follows 'Sole Survivor of Flight 119' on September 19 and 'Robin Roberts Presents Angel in the Rubble: The Genelle Guzman Story' on September 12. The movies aim to celebrate resilience and the power of hope.

Eric Dane, the 'Grey's Anatomy' star, passed away on February 19 at the age of 53 after a battle with ALS. He was surrounded by his family, including his daughters Billie and Georgia, in his final days. Gayheart and Dane were married in 2004 and had two daughters, Billie (16) and Georgia (14).
