Emraan Hashmi has announced the theatrical release of his upcoming action thriller, 'Gunmaaster: G9', set to premiere on November 27. This release date positions the film for a direct box office clash with Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari's 'Yeh Prem Mol Liya'.
Hashmi revealed the release date via an Instagram video, teasing a mix of action, romance, and music in the project. Directed by Aditya Datt, 'Gunmaaster: G9' also features Genelia Deshmukh and Aparshakti Khurana in key roles.
The film's arrival on November 27 will pit it against 'Yeh Prem Mol Liya', another significant Hindi release. While 'Gunmaaster: G9' leans into action, the other film pairs Khurrana and Sharvari. This contest marks Hashmi's first major release since 'Awarapan 2' on August 14.
'Awarapan 2' had a strong opening weekend, collecting Rs 81.75 Cr in India net over three days, with worldwide gross earnings reaching Rs 110.10 Cr.
