Rivers elaborated that while an outfit might appear striking on a runway, it doesn't guarantee a successful real-world translation. She noted that enthusiasm for designer wear can sometimes overshadow how an outfit truly looks on an individual.

The "Baywatch" cast's coordinated cherry red gowns also drew Rivers' attention, with her describing the look as "costumey" rather than elegant when the group stood together.
