Oscar winner Emma Stone and her husband, David McCary, have sold their expansive Austin, Texas estate. The luxury property, situated on 1.24 acres, was initially listed in May 2025 for $26.5 million. The couple, who purchased the historic estate in 2021, dedicated over three years to its renovation.

The estate features a five-bedroom main residence and a separate two-bedroom guest house, along with a garage that includes a screening room. The grounds boast an expertly landscaped lot with a cutting garden, fairy garden, and ample lawn space, complementing an outdoor living area overlooking a swimming pool.

While Stone and McCary had expressed a desire to eventually live in Austin, their expanding business interests have led them to sell the property. The home's classical facade, detailed millwork, marble fireplaces, and leaded-glass windows reflect its historic charm and luxurious renovation.
