Actress Emily Hampshire is joining the ensemble cast for the second season of "Heated Rivalry," a Crave/HBO Max series. She will play Vanessa, a sex toy reviewer and friend to Fabian Salah.
Hampshire has a pre-existing connection to the show, having provided an uncredited voice-over in the Season 1 finale. She revealed her role stemmed from her deep friendship with series creator Jacob Tierney, who has been a lifelong friend and collaborator.
Production for "Heated Rivalry" Season 2 commenced in Canada this past August. The upcoming season is scheduled for release in spring 2027 and will feature a host of new and returning cast members.
