Included on the album are rock artist Brasko, WNBA star Flau'jae Johnson, pop-rock trio Hello Sister, Latin Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Joaquina, Grammy Award-winning multi-instrumentalist Mamii, Colombian-Dominican singer-songwriter NEZZA, and singer-songwriter Sadie Rose Van. The compilation follows e.l.f.'s previous album, Get Ready With Music, The Album.
According to Patrick O'Keefe, Chief Integrated Marketing Officer at e.l.f. Brands, the project aims to open doors for new talent. He stated that beauty and music are key forms of self-expression, and Mirror Mix offers artists a platform to be seen, heard, and celebrated, turning exposure into sustainable careers.
