Katie Alexander, the girlfriend of GB News presenter Eamonn Holmes, has reportedly moved out of the Surrey flat she shared with him. This development has led fans to scrutinize Alexander's social media for clues about the relationship's status.

Alexander recently posted a reflective message on Instagram, accompanied by a bikini photo. The post stated, "There is a quiet kind of strength in becoming comfortable with who you are. No longer needing to prove, explain or seek validation just choosing peace, protecting your energy and finding beauty in the life you are creating. Softness is strength. Peace is luxury. And knowing your worth changes everything."

While some interpreted this as a hint about her relationship, sources indicate that Alexander and Holmes are still together and in love. The mum-of-three, who has previously divided her time between West Yorkshire and the Surrey flat, may now be spending more time in her West Yorkshire home.

A source described the situation as "very sad" but acknowledged that Alexander had enjoyed living in the flat and has been a significant source of support for Holmes during his recent health challenges. Holmes, who suffered a stroke in April 2026, has faced numerous health issues since 2016, including hip surgeries, a fractured shoulder, and spinal problems.

Holmes famously split from his co-star Ruth Langsford in 2024 after over a decade of marriage. He later found love with Alexander, with their relationship reportedly beginning nine years prior to his split from Langsford, stemming from a Twitter interaction in 2015.
