Dylan Sprouse: Why I barely visited Cole in Vancouver

Dylan Sprouse has shed light on his infrequent visits to his twin brother, Cole Sprouse, during the latter's extensive filming period for Riverdale. The show's production in Vancouver spanned from 2016 to 2023, with Cole portraying Jughead Jones.

Dylan admitted on the Wildmen podcast that he visited only once, feeling like a "bad brother" but also influenced by Cole's descriptions. Cole described his Vancouver neighborhood, Gastown, as a place where one might step over needles to get to work.

Dylan expressed his reluctance, stating Cole didn't make him "want to jump out of my seat to get over there." He preferred staying in California rather than visiting Cole during demanding 12-14 hour work shifts in what he termed a "needle den."

The Sprouse twins rose to fame as child stars on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Both later pursued degrees from NYU, with Cole studying archeology and Dylan focusing on video game design.
