The trailer for 'Drishyam 3' was recently launched in Kochi, offering a glimpse into the film's evolved narrative. Filmmaker Jeethu Joseph detailed that this installment shifts from clear antagonists to an atmosphere of uncertainty, with Georgekutty unsure of who is pursuing him. This unknown threat amplifies the psychological tension, making it distinct from the previous films where he knew his adversaries.

Adding to fan anticipation, actor Mohanlal humorously but seriously suggested the possibility of 'Drishyam 4' and even 'Drishyam 5'. He indicated that discussions for a fifth film are already underway, even before the fourth installment is conceptualized. The trailer depicts Georgekutty haunted by past events, experiencing emotional exhaustion and paranoia, as an invisible threat looms.

The 'Drishyam' franchise, which began in 2013, has achieved global recognition through its success and numerous international remakes. 'Drishyam 3' is scheduled for a theatrical release on May 21, with Mohanlal, Meena, Ansiba Hassan, and Esther Anil reprising their roles.
