Drew McIntyre recently expressed strong negative sentiments towards CM Punk during an interview on Bradley Martyn's Raw Talk. McIntyre did not hold back, labeling Punk a "genuine piece of crap" and stating he avoids him whenever possible. The Scottish Pyschopath further criticized Punk's past departure from WWE in 2014, asserting that Punk "screwed everybody over" by walking out.
McIntyre believes Punk tries to hide his true nature but suggests he is simply better at concealing it now than in the past. He recalled that many people in the company couldn't stand Punk due to his arrogance, especially after they had worked hard to elevate him. Punk's alleged actions at the time of his exit left many feeling betrayed.
Meanwhile, CM Punk recently participated in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match. Despite a notable effort, he was ultimately removed from contention after an impactful spear through a barricade by Bron Breakker. The match concluded with Penta securing the Money in the Bank briefcase, leaving Punk's next move on SmackDown uncertain.
