Summary

- Show blends 'The Challenge' and 'RuPaul's Drag Race' elements.
- Season 2 promises more drama and intense physical activities.

"Slaycation" Season 2 is set to deliver a more intense competition as six "Drag Race" icons brave the Canadian winter. This new season promises an elevated experience compared to its predecessor, with participants facing demanding physical challenges in the snowy Rockies. The series draws comparisons to popular reality shows like "The Challenge" and "RuPaul's Drag Race," featuring a blend of fierce competition and dramatic moments.
The cast includes notable queens from various "Drag Race" franchises, such as Alyssa Edwards, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, Canada's Xana and Miss Fiercalicious, "Drag Race France" host Nicky Doll, and Global All Star Tessa Testicle. These queens were unexpectedly immersed in strenuous outdoor activities, including motorbike obstacle courses and mountain hiking, far from the usual drag competition setting.
Filmed in Canada's cold climate, the show's creators significantly amplified the budget and the intensity of the situations the queens encountered. Participants have described the experience as both challenging and unforgettable, highlighting the extreme weather and the unpredictable nature of the challenges they faced. A premiere party was recently held in West Hollywood.
