Reports suggest that Dolph Lundgren, who famously played He-Man in the 1987 film, will make a surprising appearance in the new movie. Instead of a multiverse cameo, Lundgren is rumored to portray a character who encounters Galitzine's He-Man, offering him life advice at a gym.

This casting choice appears to be a subtle nod to Lundgren's original portrayal.
