Dollywood Water Park Goes Cashless: What You Need to Know
17 May
Summary
- Splash Country is now a cashless-only venue for all transactions.
- Hotels and resorts will adopt cashless payments starting June 11.
- Cash-to-card kiosks are available to assist guests with cash.

Dollywood's Splash Country water park has fully embraced cashless transactions, commencing its 2026 season without accepting cash at any point of sale. While the main Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge continues to accept cash for now, the water park's payment system has shifted entirely to credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This move enhances transaction speed and security for guests.
Further expanding its cashless initiative, Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa and HeartSong Lodge & Resort will implement the same cashless policy beginning June 11, 2026. These resort properties will also offer the same payment alternatives as Splash Country. For visitors who still prefer to use physical currency, cash-to-card kiosks have been installed. These kiosks allow guests to convert cash into prepaid cards without any additional loading fees, ensuring a smooth transition for all patrons.
