Summary
- Divyanka Tripathi introduced husband Vivek Dahiya to the joy of garba dancing
- Vivek had never experienced garba before, but now promises annual outings
- Divyanka has been passionate about garba since childhood

As of September 2025, Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya have been celebrating a special Navratri together. The actress, known for her roles in shows like Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has always had a deep connection to the Navratri festivities, having danced garba since childhood.
This year, Divyanka was determined to share her lifelong passion with her husband, Vivek Dahiya. Vivek, who had previously appeared with Divyanka on the reality show Nach Baliye, had never truly experienced the magic of garba. "Vivek had never experienced the magic of garba. During Nach Baliye, we made a few Navratri appearances, but that was hardly anything, and it didn't involve much dancing," Divyanka recalls.
Determined to change that, Divyanka took Vivek to a grand Navratri event, where he was able to fully immerse himself in the energetic dance form. "I saw him carefully matching his steps with others... it was quite a sight to watch," Divyanka laughs. Vivek, who initially thought he wasn't cut out for garba, was amazed by the intense cardio workout and the vibrant atmosphere.
The night ended with a promise from Vivek to join Divyanka for a Navratri outing every year going forward. "He has now promised me such an outing every year," Divyanka says, clearly delighted to have shared this special part of her life with her husband.
