Mickey's Vintage Vibes: Kim's Disney Tee Drop

Disney has partnered with Bobby Kim, co-founder of The Hundreds, for a special collection of vintage-inspired t-shirts. The debut piece is a dark blue long-sleeved t-shirt featuring Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey Mouse, a design directly inspired by the iconic 1940 film Fantasia. This t-shirt will be available first to attendees of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event on August 15. Following the D23 event, the Sorcerer Mickey t-shirt will have a one-day-only release on the Disney Store website on August 17. Additional limited-edition t-shirts, expanding on the vintage theme, are scheduled to be released from August 20 through August 23. The design of the long-sleeved t-shirt showcases a stylized Mickey Mouse, presented with a hand-drawn aesthetic. This artistic direction was influenced by Bobby Kim's personal trip to Harajuku, Japan, blending global street style with Disney nostalgia.
