Disney+ is enhancing its Italian content library through a new partnership with the Italian state broadcaster RAI. This agreement will make a variety of RAI's popular unscripted and scripted shows available on the streaming service.
Under the deal, programs like the talk show 'Belve' and game show 'The Floor' will be accessible on Disney+ the day after their RAI 2 broadcast. Additionally, beloved scripted series such as 'Braccialetti rossi,' 'Mina Settembre,' 'My Brilliant Friend,' 'Un passo dal cielo,' and 'Màkari' will be featured.
The partnership also includes the docu-reality series 'Il Collegio,' where teenagers experience a 1960s-style boarding school. These newly added titles will join existing popular RAI content already available on Disney+ and complement the platform's existing Italian originals like 'The Lions of Sicily' and 'The Ignorant Angels'.
