Patani recently invested in a luxury 4BHK apartment within the Rustomjee Paramount project in Khar, reportedly costing around Rs 6 crore. This property is situated on the 16th floor and includes two parking spaces.

Further enhancing her real estate assets, Patani owns a sea-facing home in Bandra. This residence, valued between Rs 5 crore and Rs 6 crore, provides picturesque views of the Arabian Sea and the Mumbai skyline.
