Summary
- Diane Keaton's former Beverly Hills home listed for $25 million
- Keaton extensively renovated the 1927 Spanish Colonial Revival-style property
- Keaton passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 79

The late Diane Keaton's former Beverly Hills home has been listed for sale, just over a month after the acclaimed actress passed away at the age of 79. The 8,400-square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival-style property, which Keaton owned and lovingly renovated from 2007 to 2010, is now on the market for a staggering $25 million.
Keaton, known for her sophisticated design sensibilities, made extensive updates to the 1927 home during her ownership. As detailed in a 2008 issue of Architectural Digest, the Oscar-winning actress transformed the once "dark" and awkwardly-sized entrance hall into a spacious library, and replaced a "horrifying" fireplace with a simple arched brick Spanish fireplace that she repeated in other rooms.
Keaton's close friend and interior designer, Stephen Shadley, who has also worked with Jennifer Aniston, collaborated with the actress on the renovation. Shadley noted Keaton's passion for "big spaces" and her love for the architectural arches that are characteristic of Spanish Colonial Revival style.
After Keaton sold the property to American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy for $10 million in 2010, the home is now listed with Branden Williams & Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates. The listing comes just over a month after Keaton's sudden passing, which a friend described as "heartbreaking for everyone who loved her."
