Diane Keaton's Pig-Inspired Mansion Sells for $23M

Diane Keaton's expansive mansion has found a new owner, with the property selling for $23 million. The 9,219-square-foot estate, which includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, officially went under contract recently, indicating an accepted offer.

The unique design of the home was famously inspired by "The Three Little Pigs" by Diane Keaton herself. This vision is evident in the home's construction, featuring 75,000 hand-selected bricks sourced from Chicago and a distinct kitchen with pendant lights repurposed from a former chicken coop.

Keaton first listed the property for $28.9 million before her passing on October 11 at the age of 79. The price was subsequently lowered, and the listing was removed and relisted multiple times. Despite previous fluctuations, the estate has now successfully sold.
