This property represents the star's final renovation project before her death in October 2025 at age 79. The current owners, who purchased the home from Keaton a few years ago, are selling to accommodate their growing family. They have preserved Keaton's design choices. The residence offers stunning Pacific Ocean views from multiple decks, a gourmet kitchen with a center island, and luxurious bedroom suites. It was last sold for $8 million in August 2022.

This listing follows the recent sale of Keaton's expansive L.A. "Pinterest House" for $18 million in August 2026. She had dedicated eight years to renovating this industrial-turned-dream home. Keaton even penned a book, "The House That Pinterest Built," detailing the inspiration behind its design, drawing from "The Three Little Pigs."
