Sachdev recounted the intense process behind composing 'Phir Se,' the emotional climax song for 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge.' He was in a difficult personal state when work began on the track just days before the film's release.
During a moment of emotional distress, Sachdev found inspiration from a melody he hummed after a group temple visit. Director Aditya Dhar immediately recognized its significance, urging Sachdev not to lose it. This spontaneous inspiration, coupled with lyrics by Irshad Kamil, led to the creation of what Dhar later called Sachdev's finest song.
'Dhurandhar,' starring Ranveer Singh and others, has achieved significant commercial success, grossing over Rs 3000 crore worldwide. The film's soundtrack, a collaboration between Dhar and Sachdev, has also left a lasting cultural impact.
