- 'Dhurandhar 2' is set to release on March 19, 2026.

The highly anticipated trailer for 'Dhurandhar 2' has been released, building excitement for its high-octane action and dramatic narrative. Ranveer Singh returns as Hamza Ali Mazari, a character also known as Jaskirat Singh Rangi.
A new report indicates that the sequel will feature a special song dedicated to Hamza's ascent and his eventual title, Sher-e-Baloch. This celebratory track is expected to mirror the impact of the FA9LA song from the original film, focusing on a pivotal moment in his story.
The song's filming took place in Ladakh, a location chosen for its challenging climatic conditions. Director Aditya Dhar opted to shoot this new track and the FA9LA sequence back-to-back to optimize the use of the standing set and avoid a separate return trip.
Hamza's rise to power occurs following the demise of Rehman Dakait, portrayed by Akshaye Khanna. The film's narrative appears to emphasize this transition as a key turning point. The new song aims to capture this moment dramatically.
While FA9LA showcased Rehman Dakait's flamboyant style, Hamza's portrayal in the new song is described as intense and mission-driven, with less focus on elaborate dancing. Notably, Akshaye Khanna's improvisation in the original FA9LA track became a viral sensation.
'Dhurandhar 2,' also starring Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun, is slated for release on March 19, 2026.
