Dhurandhar 2: OTT Release Nears After Box Office Triumph

Dhurandhar: The Revenge's highly anticipated sequel is poised for an OTT release following a successful period in cinemas. The film premiered on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the festive occasions of Ugadi and Gudi Padwa.

While an official OTT release date remains unannounced, promotional materials strongly indicate JioHotstar as the streaming platform. The sequel's satellite rights have been secured by Star Gold, complementing its multi-platform distribution strategy. The first "Dhurandhar" film is currently accessible on Netflix.

The film continues to achieve significant box office success, even in its third week of release. Typically, a theatrical window of eight weeks precedes an OTT launch. If this pattern holds, Dhurandhar 2 could debut on JioHotstar around mid-May 2026, potentially extending to late May or early June.

As of its third week, Dhurandhar 2 has garnered over Rs 1,041 crore domestically and Rs 1,653.67 crore globally, demonstrating its immense popularity.
