Aditya Dhar's espionage blockbuster 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge' has solidified its status as the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. As of its 56th day in theaters, the movie has garnered Rs. 1,143.89 crore in domestic net collections and an impressive Rs. 1,795.60 crore globally.
The film is now targeting the domestic net record previously held by 'Pushpa: The Rule -- Part 2', which stood at Rs. 1,234.10 crore. With approximately Rs. 90 crore still to be added, 'Dhurandhar 2' has a clear path to potentially breaking this record within its remaining theatrical run.
'Dhurandhar 2' made an unprecedented debut, earning Rs. 674.17 crore in its first week alone, a record for any Indian film. By its 11th day, it had already surpassed the lifetime earnings of its 2025 predecessor, and by Week 3, it crossed the Rs. 1,000 crore domestic net milestone, a feat previously exclusive to pan-India giants.
Ranveer Singh stars as a R&AW operative leading a double life, in a narrative intricately woven with real-world events like the 26/11 attacks and demonetization. The film, shot across Ladakh, Thailand, and Himachal Pradesh, features a strong ensemble cast.
