Filmmaker Aditya Dhar has issued a strong statement addressing a fabricated image circulating online, purportedly linked to his upcoming film 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge'. The controversial visual, which depicted the character Jaskirat (portrayed by Ranveer Singh) smoking while wearing a turban, was confirmed by Dhar to be an AI-generated manipulation.

Dhar explained that this doctored image was created by unidentified individuals using official promotional material to spread false narratives. He unequivocally stated that the image is untrue and has no connection to the film or any officially released content. The director emphasized that such misrepresentations are malicious and intended to cause mischief.

Aditya Dhar also reassured audiences regarding the sensitive portrayal of Sikh characters within 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge'.
