Production designer Rupin Suchak recently offered a behind-the-scenes look at the elaborate set designs for 'Dhurandhar 2,' highlighting the film's detailed aesthetics and intense environments. Suchak collaborated with primary designer Saini S Johray on the production for 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge,' contributing additional design elements.
The most ambitious creation was a sprawling 6-acre set constructed in Bangkok. This meticulously built environment was transformed to represent Pakistan's Lyari Town, serving as the backdrop for a critical action sequence within the film. Suchak shared his vision on Instagram, emphasizing that the constructed world was designed to embody silence, tension, and consequence.
The sequel, 'Dhurandhar 2,' continues the narrative of Ranveer Singh's character, Hamza Ali Mazari, as he rises to become the king of Lyari and infiltrates Pakistan as a spy to avenge terrorist attacks. The film also features a returning ensemble cast, including Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt.
