In a surprising move, actor Dhruv Vikram has announced that he considers his upcoming film 'Bison: Kaalamaadan' as his first movie, even though he has already acted in two previous Tamil films. Addressing a pre-release event in Chennai, Dhruv stated, "Let me give you a small introduction about myself. I am Dhruv and I have acted in two films so far. It's not a problem even if you haven't seen those two films. But, you have to watch this film for sure as I consider this as my first film."
Dhruv, who is the son of acclaimed actor Vikram, went on to express his gratitude to director Mari Selvaraj, saying, "My director toiled hard and has given an unforgettable film. I hope it reaches you, makes you think and inspires you. He has struggled hard to achieve this." The sports drama 'Bison: Kaalamaadan' is set to release on October 17, 2025, ahead of the Diwali festival.
Dhruv also praised the cast and crew of the film, including co-stars Anupama Parameswaran and Rajisha Vijayan, as well as the technical team. He assured the audience that he has given his "100 per cent" to the project and urged them to watch the film with their friends, family, and loved ones.
