Dharma Productions Enters Gujarati Cinema

Dharma Productions is expanding its reach into the Gujarati film industry with the upcoming release of 'Jindagi Once More'. This family drama, produced in partnership with Vaartakaar Films, is set to premiere in theatres on June 19, 2026. The film was announced in Mumbai on May 20, 2026, with Siddharth Randeria and Aarti Patel in prominent roles.

Directed by Jaymin, 'Jindagi Once More' delves into the complexities of a father-son relationship, highlighting the idea that children often don't fully know their fathers before they were born. The movie's release is strategically planned for the Father's Day weekend. This project marks the directorial debut for Jaymin and the writing debut for Deep Dholakia, who also acts in the film alongside debutante Jahanvi Dhakan.

Apoorva Mehta, CEO of Dharma Productions, expressed enthusiasm for entering the Gujarati market, citing a creative resurgence and passionate audience. He stated that the studio aims to support culturally rooted narratives. Producer Vaasu Dholakia believes Dharma's involvement signifies a major achievement for Gujarati cinema, validating its narrative potential and commercial viability.
