Dhanush and Kriti Sanon to Star in Aanand L. Rai's Romantic Drama 'Tere Ishk Mein'

In the lead-up to its worldwide release on Nov. 28, the new teaser for Aanand L. Rai's romantic drama 'Tere Ishk Mein' has arrived, offering a glimpse into the charged dynamic between the film's lead characters, Shankar (played by Dhanush) and Mukti (played by Kriti Sanon).

The title, which translates to 'In Your Love' from Hindi and Urdu, reflects the intense, all-consuming form of love that the story explores. 'Ishk is only about surrender - letting it heal you, hurt you, and change you,' said Rai, who is directing and producing the film alongside Himanshu Sharma.

'Tere Ishk Mein' marks the first on-screen collaboration between Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, both of whom are Indian National Film Award winners. The project also reunites Rai with composer A.R. Rahman, with whom he has previously worked on 'Raanjhanaa' (2013) and 'Atrangi Re' (2021). The film's music, featuring lyrics by Irshad Kamil, is already generating buzz, with the teaser track performed by Arijit Singh.

Presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow, 'Tere Ishk Mein' is set against the backdrop of Benaras, a city central to several of Rai's signature works. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar alongside Rai and Sharma.
