Demi Lovato's Sister Honors Late Daughter's First Heavenly Birthday

On September 29, 2025, Demi Lovato's sister Madison De La Garza paid a touching tribute to her late daughter Xiomara on what would have been the baby's first birthday in heaven. De La Garza, 23, shared a photo of herself sitting near Xiomara's final resting place, wishing her "sweet baby" a happy heavenly birthday.

Lovato, 33, expressed her love and support for her sister, writing, "i love u so much.. u r so strong and xo is always with u. happy birthday sweet angel 🖤." The sisters are still grieving the loss of Xiomara, who passed away in September 2024 after De La Garza underwent an emergency C-section.

At the time, De La Garza had announced the heartbreaking news, saying, "On the evening of September 27th, after an emergency c-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for the first and last time." Lovato and other family members rallied around De La Garza, offering their love and condolences. Now, a year later, the family continues to honor Xiomara's memory, with De La Garza even getting a tattoo in her daughter's honor.
