Hall recalled learning about the plot just before filming, admitting it sounded "ridiculous" but stressing the importance of committing to it wholeheartedly.

Among the most memorable moments was Marlena's levitation scene, which Hall described as "pretty thrilling." She detailed the precautions taken to film the effect, including clearing the studio and turning off monitors. This pivotal performance has recently gained renewed attention, with actor Ryan Gosling sharing that Hall's portrayal inspired his own acting.

Gosling praised Hall's dedication to the demanding role, calling it an "incredible acting class." Following his comments, Hall extended an open invitation for Gosling to visit the Days of Our Lives set.
