Death Stranding 2 PC Specs Revealed!
25 Feb
Summary
- Minimum PC specs for Death Stranding 2 are surprisingly reasonable.
- The game will debut Guerilla Games' Pico upscaler on PC.
- Support for ultrawide views will be available for gameplay and cutscenes.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is nearing its PC release, and Sony has unveiled the game's system requirements. Despite designer Hideo Kojima's reputation for visually demanding projects, the minimum specifications are quite accessible. For a 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second, players will need at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB, with an Intel Core i3-10100 or AMD Ryzen 3 3100 recommended. Higher performance settings will naturally demand more powerful hardware.
This PC port brings several new features, including the debut of Pico as an upscaling option. Developed by Guerilla Games, Pico was also utilized in the PlayStation 5 version of the sequel. Furthermore, the game will introduce support for ultrawide displays. Cutscenes will be viewable in a 21:9 aspect ratio, and gameplay can be enjoyed at a 32:9 aspect ratio. This ultrawide functionality will be present in both the PC and PS5 versions, and players will not require an ultrawide monitor to enable it.
