Dave Franco's Animated Dog Becomes Sex Symbol

Dave Franco revealed that his animated character, Raww, from the forthcoming film 'Forgotten Island,' has unexpectedly achieved sex symbol status online. Franco shared this observation during Universal's presentation at San Diego Comic-Con on July 24, noting the overwhelming response to Raww, a wholesome weredog.

The mystical animated film, 'Forgotten Island,' is deeply rooted in Filipino culture and features a cast of prominent actors of Filipino descent, including Liza Soberano and H.E.R. The movie's synopsis describes two best friends stranded on the world of Nakali, where escaping might cost them their cherished memories.

Franco, alongside costars Soberano and H.E.R., and writer-directors Joel Crawford and Manuel Mercado, highlighted the film at the event. Franco praised the collaborative and improvisational atmosphere on set, describing it as a fun and loose experience. 'Forgotten Island' is scheduled for theatrical release on September 25.
