Actor and director Danielle Fishel has entered a significant seven-figure overall deal with iHeartMedia, marking a new chapter in her podcasting career. Her upcoming weekly interview podcast, 'Teen Beat,' is set to premiere in January 2026. The show aims to delve into the untelevised upbringings of celebrities, uncovering personal stories from their childhoods.
This new venture represents the fifth collaboration between Fishel, her husband Jensen Karp, and iHeartMedia through their production company, Foghorn Media. Their expanded partnership includes the exclusive development of new projects. Fishel and Karp currently produce several successful podcasts, including 'How Rude, Tanneritos!' and 'Pod Meets World,' which has garnered nearly 50 million downloads.
Furthermore, Fishel will continue her role as a co-host on 'Pod Meets World' alongside Rider Strong and Will Friedle. The trio has secured a multi-year agreement to extend the podcast beyond their planned recaps of the final season of 'Boy Meets World,' which are also set to begin in January.
