The film Daayra experienced a substantial box office decline on its first Monday, a sharp contrast to its steady opening weekend. After collecting Rs. 0.94 crore on Friday, the movie saw collections rise to Rs. 1.41 crore on Saturday and Rs. 1.39 crore on Sunday, concluding the weekend with Rs. 3.74 crore.
However, the transition to weekdays proved challenging, with a significant 66.19% drop on Monday. The film's collections on Day 4 were Rs. 0.47 crore, taking the total to Rs. 4.24 crore. This Monday figure is notably less than half of its opening day's earnings, indicating a reduced audience turnout.
With Rs. 4.24 crore gathered in four days, Daayra now faces the task of maintaining its performance throughout the week. The sharp correction on Monday underscores the importance of weekday collections in determining the film's ultimate box office success.
