Craig David to Headline New World Festival in Essex

Craig David is scheduled to headline the New World Festival in Chelmsford this summer, breaking his usual Sunday routine. The "Fill Me In" singer will bring his TS5 show to Central Park on August 30. This performance will feature a dynamic mix of singing, MCing, and DJing, a hallmark of his TS5 brand named after his childhood home.

The announcement follows the significant economic impact of the recent Radio 2 in the Park event, which generated £4 million for local businesses. Chelmsford City Council leader Stephen Robinson expressed delight, highlighting Chelmsford's suitability for large-scale music and arts festivals. Local cafe owner Katie Childs also shared her enthusiasm for the upcoming event.
