The 62-year-old actress garnered attention in a black bikini, showcasing her well-maintained physique which she attributes to a consistent fitness regimen.

Cox's exercise routine includes three weekly sessions of Pilates with a dedicated instructor, alongside interval training that alternates between walking and running. She also enjoys playing tennis on Sundays, emphasizing the importance of consistency for her physical appearance, though she notes the challenges of maintaining a routine during breaks from work.

In addition to her fitness efforts, Cox prioritizes a clean diet, incorporating nutrient-rich beverages like cucumber, pineapple, ginger, and lemon juice, as she finds it difficult to drink enough water. She also consumes decaf coffee with oat milk and honey.

The actress has also navigated significant personal challenges, including a difficult breakup with musician Johnny McDaid after a 13-year relationship. They initially met in 2013, experienced a brief separation in 2015, and reconciled a year later. Cox described the breakup as intense and unexpected, causing her significant pain and shock, even while engaged.

Despite the challenges, the couple eventually reconciled. However, they have not been publicly seen together since September 2025, when they attended the US Open.
