On October 6th, 2025, CBS revealed the lineup for its annual "New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash" special, set to air over a five-and-a-half-hour period straddling the final hours of 2025 and the first of 2026. The show will feature country music stars Lainey Wilson, Jason Aldean, and Bailey Zimmerman as the headliners, with gospel artist CeCe Winans performing alongside Tennessee's renowned Fisk Jubilee Singers.
The live broadcast will originate from a public stage set up at Nashville's Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, with Robert Deaton, the longtime executive producer of the CMA Awards, and Mary Hilliard Harrington, one of Nashville's top artist managers, returning as executive producers. The special will air in the eastern and Pacific time zones on CBS from 8 p.m. on Dec. 31 until 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 1, with a half-hour time out for local news between 10-10:30 p.m.
Paramount+ Premium subscribers will be able to stream the special live via the live feed of their local CBS affiliate or on-demand, while Paramount+ Essential subscribers can access it on-demand the next day. Additional performers are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
