Corey Feldman Settles Bitter Divorce

Corey Feldman and his estranged wife, Courtney Feldman, have officially settled their divorce proceedings, with a judge announcing a "global settlement" on November 20. Feldman, 54, shared his profound relief, stating that the "most painful part" of their prolonged split is now behind them. He emphasized his need for privacy to concentrate on upcoming professional endeavors.

The settlement comes after a contentious period, including Courtney's recent request for increased spousal support. She had argued that the $3,500 monthly payment, previously raised from $2,000, was insufficient given the income disparity between them, citing her part-time work as a barista and Goodwill employee compared to Feldman's earnings, including a six-figure payday from "Dancing with the Stars."

Courtney had sought a total of $7,226 monthly in spousal support, along with retroactive dues and attorney fees. Feldman, who had previously been voluntarily paying spousal support and even left the door open for reconciliation, expressed his emotional distress over the messy situation. A representative for Feldman had described Courtney's requests as "unexpected and excessive."
