Comedians Slate, Silvestri, and Liedman Launch New Podcast 'I Need You Guys'

In a move that is sure to delight comedy fans, SiriusXM and SmartLess Media have announced the launch of a new podcast hosted by longtime friends and comedians Jenny Slate, Max Silvestri, and Gabe Liedman. Titled 'I Need You Guys', the show will feature the trio catching up on each other's lives and welcoming a star-studded lineup of guests.

The guest list for the new podcast includes the likes of John Mulaney, Nick Kroll, Michelle Buteau, Kate Berlant, Kumail Nanjiani, Sean Hayes, Jason Mantzoukas, and Ron Funches, among others. The first episode is set to air on October 21, 2025.

Slate, known for creating the beloved character Marcel the Shell, was recently Emmy-nominated for her role in the FX series 'Dying for Sex'. Liedman, the showrunner of Hulu's 'Pen15', has also worked on upcoming projects like Apple TV+'s 'Loot' and a Muppets special for Disney+. Silvestri, on the other hand, is the executive producer of the upcoming HBO series 'I Love LA' and has written for several TV shows.

In a joint statement, the three comedians expressed their excitement about the new venture, saying, "Starting a podcast where you talk about stuff that happened with people you've known a long time is one of the most vulnerable things a human can do, and we're proud to be the first three people to ever do it."
