This performance is comparable to "Dune: Part Two's" strong performance during its March 2024 run. The sci-fi drama-comedy, directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, is expected to surpass $100M domestically within its sixth day of release.
Looking ahead, upcoming school breaks are anticipated to boost ticket sales for new releases, including Illumination/Universal/Nintendo's "Super Mario Galaxy Movie."
