Clint Eastwood's beloved Spanish Revival estate, known as Las Ondas, located just a block from Carmel Beach, has been listed for USD 21 million. The actor owned this 4,442-square-foot mansion, built in 1924, from 1981 to 1996. He developed a deep affection for the Monterey Bay area after being stationed at Fort Ord, eventually adopting Carmel as his home.
During his time at the property, Eastwood entered politics, successfully serving as the mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, starting on April 8, 1986. The estate itself boasts four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and is constructed with Carmel stone and a clay tile roof.
In 1996, Eastwood sold the property for approximately USD 2.25 million. The subsequent owner invested an additional USD 2.5 million in renovations. The home features dark wood accents, plastered walls, ocean-facing balconies, a wine cellar, and a media room. It was placed on the market again in 2024.
